Summer School courses

A deposit of £200 per person is required at the time of booking. This secures the place and is non-refundable. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to the start of the course and is non-refundable.

We strongly advise that an insurance policy is taken out to cover reimbursement of course fees, travel, and repatriation should the need to cancel the course arise. Insurance is automatically added to bookings for Summer School for Young Learners.

Students under 18

The minimum age for studying most adult English and Foreign Language courses is 16. Where courses for under 16s are offered this will be made explicit in the course description.

The parent or guardian with responsibility for the student under 18 gives permission for emergency medical treatment to be carried out if necessary. They will also allow the student to travel in and around Shrewsbury by public transport, to take part in organized excursions and engage in cultural and sporting activities.

Students under 18 on adult courses receive a lower level of supervision outside class times than students on our Young Learners Summer School course.

The parent or guardian will be asked to sign the booking form to accept these Terms and Conditions.
